1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdk11 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the bdk11 website at https://bdk11.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the bdk11 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. bdk11 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and governed accordingly. Where translations are provided for convenience, the English version takes precedence in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to bdk11 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. bdk11 enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdk11 or had an account closed by bdk11 for breach of these terms.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other person in relation to your use of the platform.
• You are not currently registered on any self-exclusion scheme that would prohibit your access to online gambling services.

Age Verification

bdk11 conducts age verification at the point of registration and again before processing a player's first withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a government-issued identification document such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until the required documentation is provided. Any winnings accumulated on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under 18 will be voided and the deposited funds returned to the original payment source.

3 Account Registration

To use the real-money features of bdk11 — including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions — you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and preferred payment method details.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on bdk11 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device profiles — is strictly prohibited. bdk11 employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation, bonus funds voided, and any withdrawals placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdk11 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason. bdk11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point — including payment method details, contact information, and identity documents — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure. bdk11 reserves the right to request re-verification of any account detail at any time.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdk11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods and associated limits may change from time to time; the current applicable limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your account.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your bdk11 account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.
• bdk11 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• bdk11 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed certain thresholds, in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the one used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, identity and age verification must be completed. Supporting documents may be required.
• Withdrawal requests for funds derived from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the specific bonus. Withdrawal requests submitted before these requirements are met will be declined or placed on hold.
• bdk11 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Actual credit times depend on the payment method and your payment provider's processing schedules.
• bdk11 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in a processing delay. Players will be notified promptly if additional information is required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdk11 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made. The general principles governing all bonuses on bdk11 are set out below. In the event of any conflict between these general principles and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on bdk11 carry a wagering requirement — a minimum turnover that must be achieved using bonus funds before those funds (or winnings derived from them) become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. bdk11 does not hide wagering requirements in footnotes or apply requirements retrospectively after a bonus has been claimed.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available only to players with a single, verified account in good standing.
• Players who have self-excluded or set a deposit limit that prevents the required minimum deposit are not eligible to claim bonuses during the restriction period.
• bdk11 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed, or to void a bonus that has been obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts.
• Seasonal promotions — such as those tied to BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the ICC T20 World Cup — are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bdk11 bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdk11 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Cheating and collusion: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players, or exploit software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Fraud: Use of stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorised payment methods; chargebacks submitted in bad faith; any form of identity fraud or misrepresentation.
• Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform on behalf of a human player.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of odds differences across platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where this is done in bad faith or in breach of promotion terms.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access your bdk11 account, or accessing another person's account, regardless of their consent.
• Interference with platform integrity: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, probe, or otherwise interfere with the bdk11 website, its servers, its APIs, or any underlying software systems.
• Harassment: Sending abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to bdk11 staff, other players, or any party connected to the platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bdk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or where closure is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, comply with applicable obligations, or safeguard other players.

Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened at the player's request after a minimum cooling-off period, subject to re-verification.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closes the account and disables login for a period chosen by the player — from a minimum of 24 hours to a maximum of indefinite exclusion. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications are suspended and no promotional material will be sent. Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, underage gambling, prohibited conduct, or abuse of bonuses — bdk11 reserves the right to void any balance held in the account, reverse any pending withdrawals, and retain any funds necessary to cover losses caused by the breach. The player will be notified of the closure and the reason by email, and will have the right to appeal the decision by writing to [email protected] within 14 days.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdk11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred as a result of participation in any game or betting market on bdk11.
• Technical failures, server outages, network interruptions, or software errors that prevent access to the platform or result in the loss or corruption of data.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Changes to the platform's game library, odds, markets, or promotional offerings.
• Acts of God, civil unrest, government action, or any other event beyond bdk11's reasonable control that affects the availability of the platform.

Platform Availability

bdk11 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally possible. bdk11 shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — sustained as a result of platform downtime or restricted access, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games available on bdk11 are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules, RTPs (return-to-player percentages), and mechanics of each game are determined by the respective provider. bdk11 is not responsible for errors or malfunctions in third-party game software. In the event of a game malfunction, bdk11's decision on the resolution of any affected bets is final.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from your use of bdk11 shall be subject to the governing law applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. bdk11 operates as a safe and reliable platform for adult entertainment purposes. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their own location.
